About LT Marine
LT Marine started as a digital-first crewing platform and grew into what shipowners actually need — a full-service Philippine manning agency rooted in real maritime experience. Our leadership is made up of former seafarers and shore-based managers who understand both sides of the gangway.
We’re based at the Five E-Com Center in Pasay City, just minutes from Manila Bay. From here we recruit, vet, train, and manage Filipino crew for shipowners around the world — handling everything from documentation and payroll to welfare and repatriation.
Our approach is built on one principle: when seafarers and their families are looked after properly, owners get a more reliable, longer-serving crew. That’s the whole business in one sentence.
Across the Fleet
Sectors We Serve
From deep-sea merchant trades to the offshore energy fields, we supply and manage Filipino crew to the same high bar — competent, compliant, and properly looked after.
Full deck and engine departments for the international merchant fleet. From masters and chief engineers to ratings and cadets, we crew the vessels that move the world’s cargo — backed by full ship-management support.
Specialist crews for the offshore energy sector — DP-certified officers, OSV and anchor-handling crews, and personnel for construction, drilling, and offshore wind. Higher certification demands, handled to standard.
What We Do
From the first interview to the moment your crew returns home — we handle every part of the manning cycle, so you can focus on running your fleet.
Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to deployment. Every candidate is screened, document-verified, and assessed for technical competence and reliability before joining your vessel.
01Technical, operational, and safety management for owners who want a single point of accountability. We coordinate everything from drydock planning to flag-state inspections.
02Accredited maritime training programs aligned with STCW standards. We also run cadetship pipelines that develop young Filipino seafarers into the officers your fleet will need.
03Multi-currency payroll, allotment management, and transparent monthly financial reporting. Seafarers’ families are paid on time, every time, with proper documentation.
04Health insurance, family welfare programs, repatriation support, and 24/7 emergency response. Our seafarers know we look after them — not just their paperwork.
05Complete handling of seafarer visas, travel documents, joining letters, and flag-state endorsements. Crew arrive at the gangway with all paperwork in order.
06Maritime regulatory compliance, MLC audits, and P&I claims handling on behalf of crew and owners. We keep the paperwork tight so the operations stay smooth.
07DP-certified officers, OSV and rig crews, and specialist offshore ranks for supply vessels, anchor handlers, construction/DP units, and energy installations — fully certified to offshore standards.
08Got a non-standard requirement? Specialty vessels, niche certifications, or mixed-nationality crews — we’ll structure a programme around it. Get in touch →

Manning agencies are a dime a dozen. What makes us different is the mix of professional experience at the top, the welfare commitment we make to every seafarer, and the operational discipline we bring to every fleet we work with.
Our directors and senior managers are former masters, chief engineers, and shore-side ops leads. They’ve been on the bridge and in the engine room — they know what good crew looks like.
Operating under licence DMW-231-SB-03312025-R-MLC. Every placement complies with MLC 2006 standards and Philippine seafarer protection law.
Seafarers are not just CVs in a database. We invest in welfare programs, family support, and long-term career progression — and that translates into crew who stay with you longer.
Vessel issues don’t wait for office hours. Our crewing desk operates around the clock, with direct phone access for emergencies, repatriations, and last-minute crew changes.
In Their Words
The relationships we build are the real measure of the work. Here’s what the people we serve tell us.
Reliable crew, delivered on schedule, with paperwork that never gives us a headache at port-state control. LT Marine has become our go-to manning partner in the Philippines.
They treated my application like I was a person, not a file. My allotment reaches my family on time every month, and someone always picks up when I call. I keep coming back.
When we had an emergency crew change over a weekend, their 24/7 desk had a replacement officer documented and flying within 48 hours. That responsiveness is rare.
Our People
Real Filipino seafarers, documented and well looked after by people who’ve sailed themselves — from the first interview to the day they board.

A few of the things shipowners and seafarers ask us most often. Don’t see your question? Just get in touch.
Yes. LT Marine operates under DMW licence DMW-231-SB-03312025-R-MLC, issued by the Department of Migrant Workers. Every placement we make complies with MLC 2006 standards and Philippine seafarer protection law.
We supply full deck and engine departments — from masters and chief engineers down to ordinary seamen, oilers, and deck cadets. We crew bulk carriers, tankers, container ships, general cargo, gas carriers, and Ro-Ro/PCC vessels. If you have a specialty requirement, we can structure a programme around it.
It depends on rank and documentation status, but for crew already in our vetted pool we can typically complete matching, documentation, and travel within days. For emergency crew changes, our 24/7 desk has deployed replacement officers within 48 hours.
Applications are handled through our Seafarer Application Portal, where you can create your profile and upload your CV, sea-service record, and STCW certificates. If your profile matches an open requirement, our crewing team will be in touch to begin the vetting process.
We run multi-currency payroll with allotment management, so seafarers’ families are paid on time every month with proper documentation. Owners receive transparent monthly financial reporting covering wages, allotments, and remittances.
Health insurance, family welfare programs, medical access, repatriation support, and a 24/7 emergency line. Our view is simple: looked-after crew are more reliable crew, and that benefits owners as much as it benefits the seafarers and their families.
